This hot Denver summer has been a whirlwind. No one plays harder than Denver does, but it tends to be at a cost of our sanity. There’s a murmur around town that we’re all a bit strung out, exhausted, feeling underwater and generally in need of a recalibration.
Join us on the eve of the fall equinox at Realm with Jacki Carr, Goal Coach and co-founder of Rock Your Bliss. Work through defining what is most valuable to you and connecting with your inherent value. We want you to wake up at the end of the year and think “heck yes, whatta year” rather than “what just happened?”

We’ll begin by sipping on some fresh brew from Amethyst Coffee Company in the Open Space while we connect and create community. We will then gather together with Goal Coach Jacki Carr to celebrate and release the Summer season and welcome Fall with clear intention and a cozy recalibration to our honest core values. Let the season of hygge officially begin with all the hot coffee, blankets & pillows galore and a pumpkin array of snacks.
